Once I’ve completed the artwork , the client will receive a high resolution image+ watermarked version via email .
For digital commissions: I will only provide a high resolution image of the commission work. I will not provide the raw (psd) file .For Traditional commissions: I will provide a high resolution scanned image of the commission and ship the physical commission once the shipping fee has been paid.

GENERAL COMMISSION TERMS
I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission at any given time.Please keep in mind my art style when you commission me . If I believe I can not produce the quality of work you are looking for then I have to decline.All commissioned artwork is for PERSONAL USE ONLYFor commercial use artwork . Additional commercial fees will be added.For commercial use artwork. rates and contract discussion must be done through email: [email protected]Please specify the use of your commission (Personal or commercial)in your commission request.I do not accept rush commissions. Please be patient and wait your turn, I will contact you when I start your commission.Please email the commission request form to [email protected]I will review the commission request before sending a price quote.Please provide visual references (images) It will help me visualize the artwork you want me to produce.

Allowed content: OCs , Fan art , Ikemen, Shojo, kemonomimis, armor ,chibi, character design, CG artDisallowed Content:Mecha ,Gore (slight blood is ok),Furry

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
- Payment:
Payment will be done by Paypal invoicingAll prices and payment are in USD.To reserve a commission slot please submit the payment after I send the quote. I will not start the commission If I have not received the payment or received a confirmation.Full payment is required upfront before I start the initial sketch.Down payment is acceptable. 50% before initial sketch and 50% before the final artwork
- Refunds:
No refunds once I have started the commission.No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.I will only issue a refund If I have not started your commission .If I (the artist) cancel the commission, I will issue a full refund.
PROCESS
Please email the commission request form to [email protected]Once I have read your commission form and accepted it, I will reply back to you with the price quote followed by the Paypal invoice.After the invoice is paid, I will start on the initial sketch. Once it is finished, I will send it to you for approval.Commission time can take up to 1-4 weeks or longer depending the artwork details , my schedule , client response and wait list.Schedule : After all the slots are full, I will post a schedule and progress sheet on my website please refer to it.In case of delays I will contact the commissioner right away.
Revisions
Each commission has a maximum of 2 revisions during the initial sketch stage. Minor adjustments are fine , such as editing a color or removing a small detail.Additional Revisions : If you exceed the maximum of 2 revisions. An additional charge per revision will occur.
Reference Images :
Visual References are REQUIRED for the commission. Please provide references for important parts (details) of your characters.
Work in progress :
You may ask me to provide a screenshot of my progress of your commission work once I start it .
Final artwork:
Once I’ve completed the artwork , the client will receive a high resolution image+ watermarked version via email .

COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
All commissioned artwork is for PERSONAL USE only. Any commercial usage such as redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited
I retain rights to the artwork . I have the right to promote myself and to display all commissioned works on any website , gallery or portfolio .
COMMERCIAL USE
For commercial use of the commissioned artwork ,commercial fees will be added.Please inform me if you wish to use the work for commercial use BEFORE I send the price quote . Otherwise it will be considered as personal use and redistribution is prohibited.
PROHIBITED ACTIONS:
Altering and tracing the artwork is prohibited.Removing my signature from the artwork.Claiming the artwork as your own or use it for anything other than personal use.Clients are NOT permitted to use any part of their commissioned artwork for Non Fungible Tokens (NFT).A commercial fee will be charged.Clients are prohibited to use commissioned artwork for contests.For personal use commissions : Any commercial usage such as redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media is prohibited. If personal use commission is used for profit a commercial fee will be charged. Please declare in your commission form the USE (personal/commercial use) of your commission.Any PERSONAL USE commissions strictly can not be used to SELL or EARN for money/profit or used for promotions.
REPOSTING CONDITIONS
The Client may repost the art themselves with proper credit.The Client may claim the right of their character(s) but not the artwork itself.The Client may use the commissioned artwork for personal use .
WAITLIST
I will contact the next person on the wait list as soon as I finish the current commission.If there is no response in 7 days I will assume that the commission request is canceled . Please send another commission request if you wish to be on the list.Clients in the waitlist that paid for their commission slot in advance will be prioritized.
If these terms are broken, you will be reported and blacklisted from commissioning me.
